1. Warranty period:

The Generator set has a warranty period of 12 months after transfer; or the Buyer has put in operation 1000 operating hours of the generator set ; whichever the preceding come first. Besides, in the warranty period, we have maintenance regulations once every 3 months. Warranty in everyday of week including Sunday and holidays

2. After sale services:

We are responsible for labor to fully worked-out installing, operation guide and trial running, instructions for maintenance and normal repairing for technical staffs of the buyer, training and handing over the technology. We commit to supply full of user’s guide, manual.

- We are responsible for all expenses in order to repairing the corrupt because of the quality of the equipment in warranty period. We are not responsible for the corrupts because of incorrect man-made operation.

- We commit to supply the spare parts in 10 years. When receiving requests of supplying materials for replacing, we will send them in 10 days

- Updating the newest information and the modernest technology concerning and necessary training (free or cost).

3. Periodical maintenance in warranty period
In warranty period, if there are any unexpected problems, once receiving the information, Thanhlong company’s technician will be present to run the machine into operation within 24 hours

Before the end of warranty period, the technician of Thanh Long will go to the place where the buyers put the Genet to check-up with the witness of investor to assert whether Genet has failure or not. If there are any problems occur, the technician of our company will conduct to replace or repair in order to ensure to hand over out of date Genet best.
